If you are an exporter please be sure you
are compliant with all Custom Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT)
Guidelines. Vendors who
do not adhere to C-TPAT guidelines will not be considered as Raw Product
Providers. Footings Unlimited reviews all supply chain providers to
ensure that their processes are secure and compliant with the laws and
regulations designed to protect against terrorism.
As part of this process we require all foreign vendors, agents, carriers and freight forwarders providing service to Footings Unlimited to complete a detailed Security Questioner. The question-naire is intended as a summary of your security processes but must contain sufficient information to make a reasonable judgment that your com-pany has made a thorough assessment of your supply chain. The questionnaire information should include current processes and status in addition to planned improvements.
